By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
As a part of the Platform Services, the Company facilitates the booking of flight services on the Platform.
To place an Order, You will be required to provide Your personal details along with any other information that may be required on the Platform, which is a pre-condition for availing this service on the Platform, and in the event such details are not provided by You, You shall not be eligible to avail the service from the relevant Merchants.
Once Your Order is confirmed by the Merchant, the Company shall provide a booking voucher to You containing the details of Your Order.
The Merchant Offering booking voucher which the Company issues to You is solely based on the information provided or updated by the Merchant regarding the inventory availability. In no circumstances can the Company be held liable for failure on part of the Merchant to accommodate You with a confirmed booking, the standard of service or any insufficiency in the services, or any other service-related issues pertaining to the Merchant Offerings. The liability of the Company in case of denial of check-in by the Merchant for any reason what-so-ever including over-booking, system or technical errors, or unavailability of seats etc., shall be limited refunding the booking amount (to the extent paid) to You, at the sole discretion of the Company. Any other service-related issues should be directly resolved by You with the Merchant
You must be in possession of a valid identity proof at the time of checking-in at the Airport to avail the Merchant Offerings. The Merchant shall be within its rights to deny check-in to You if a valid identity proof is not presented at the time of check-in.
You agree and acknowledge that the Company may, on behalf of the Merchants allow You to book seats, meals, and baggage facilities for travel bookings made by You on the Platform, at such rates solely determined by the respective Merchant. The Company may, on behalf of the Merchant, charge such rates to You at the time of booking over and above Your booking amounts. Once You avail such facilities, the amounts payable by You towards such facilities shall form a part of the Consolidated Invoice provided to You. It is hereby clarified that the Company is not liable for the amounts charged to You by the Merchants towards such facilities, and the amounts charged to You by the Company are as-is, and there is no additional fees charged directly by the Company to You in this regard. You agree that You shall not hold the Company liable for any such amounts charged to You, and for any claims in relation to You availing such facilities on the Platform.
Merchants retain the right to reschedule flight times, route, change or cancel flights or itineraries independent of and without prior intimation to the Company. As a facilitator, the Company has no control or authority over the logistics of the Merchant and therefore is not liable for any loss, direct or incidental, that You may incur due to such change or cancellation of a flight.
You agree and acknowledge that it shall be Your responsibility to carry valid travel documents including but not limited to valid ID proof, valid passport, valid visa documents issued by the appropriate country (including transit visa, if applicable) for the country You will be visiting or transiting through (“Travel Documents”). The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising out of Your failure to carry the Travel Documents.
You understand that the Travel Documents specified by the Company are neither exhaustive nor conclusive for the purpose of travel. It shall be Your responsibility to verify from appropriate authorities including the embassy of the country You are visiting and ensure that You possess all the required Travel Documents.
The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising out of Your failure to carry the Travel Documents and shall not be liable to refund the amounts paid by You towards such booking.
You agree that If you do not show up for your scheduled flight (“No Show”), you will not be entitled to any refund from us. Any refunds or rescheduling will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the airline. We are not responsible for any losses, costs, or damages you may incur as a result of a No Show.
You agree and acknowledge that the Company shall not be responsible for any restrictions imposed on You in relation to entry to the destination by the relevant authorities of such destination due to Your non-compliance with the legal requirements applicable to enter such destination, including but not limited to, visa and health regulations. You further agree that You shall be solely responsible for ensuring that You are aware of the applicable legal requirements for the purpose of travel and for ensuring compliance with the same, to the total exclusion of the Company.
You agree and acknowledge that the Company shall not be responsible for any criminal acts committed against You during the course of Your travel booked through the Platform including but not limited to, theft, assault, harassment or robbery. Any such acts shall be dealt with in a manner compliant with applicable law, and under no circumstances, shall the Company be liable for any such acts or any consequences thereof.
You agree and acknowledge that the Company shall not be liable in the event You are deported from Your destination due to Your non-compliance with applicable legal requirements, including but not limited to, custom regulations, visa regulations, passport related compliances, health guidelines and guidelines prohibiting / restricting travel with certain goods and substances in Your destination. You further agree that You shall be solely responsible for such deportation and any consequences thereof, and under no circumstances, shall the Company be liable for the same. Further, the Company shall not be liable to refund any amounts paid by You towards such bookings.
You agree and acknowledge that the Company shall not be liable for any deficiency in the Merchant Offerings provided to You by the Merchant, or for any theft or harassment during the course of You availing the Merchant Offerings, any liability in relation to or arising from the Merchant Offerings, shall solely lie with the Merchant at all times.
You shall be solely liable to check the correct flight and booking details, and the Company shall not be responsible in the event You are not able to avail the Merchant Offerings due to any reason attributable to You.
These Merchant Offerings are subject to the terms of Merchant. All Merchant Offerings may be availed only in accordance with Merchant rules which also lists down the details concerning cancellations, returns, refunds, as may be applicable and the conditions associated with the Merchant Offerings valid and effective between the Merchant and You, to the total exclusion of the Company.
You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services, or that violates any applicable law or regulation. Any content you submit or upload to our App must be accurate and not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
You agree and acknowledge that Special requests, such as dietary requirements or seating preferences, will be passed on to the relevant airline, but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. It is your responsibility to confirm any special requests directly with the airline
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
You agree and acknowledge that the Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing the company’s obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, labour disputes, governmental actions, or interruptions in internet or telecommunications services. In such cases, the Company’s obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
The Company collect, use, and store personal information provided by You during the booking process, including but not limited to your name, contact details, payment information, and travel preferences. We comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) compliance. All user data is encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard encryption protocols to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information. Your personal information is used solely for the purposes of processing your booking, providing customer support, and enhancing your user experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our Services or as required by law.
All intellectual property rights in our Services and App are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
The Company reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms in the App. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
